How does Therapy Work?​

  1. Initial intake – understanding concerns and goals​

  2. Assessment & formulation – psychological understanding of patterns

  3. Intervention – structured therapeutic work

  4. Review & closure – collaborative evaluation of progress​

  5. Therapy proceeds at a pace that is clinically appropriate and comfortable.​

​​​​​Session format: 

  • Duration: Typically, 45–50 minutes

  • Frequency determined collaboratively​​
