Booking Process

​

Complete the intake form: You will be asked to fill out a brief intake form with basic personal details and relevant information. This helps the therapist understand your concerns and prepare appropriately for the session.

​

Select a suitable date and time: Choose a convenient date and time from the available slots displayed. This ensures your session is scheduled at a time that works best for you.

​

Complete payment: Once the appointment is selected, an email will be sent to you with payment details. Proceed to make the payment to confirm your booking. The session will be considered booked only after the payment is successfully completed.

Receive confirmation and session details via email: After payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your appointment details, along with information on how to access the session

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged.
